“Azeez” means precious in the Urdu language and it embodies our approach to early childhood education.
We are a small, home-based early childhood education center located in 20904 Silver Spring.
We understand these first few years of life go by in a blink of an eye yet solidify who we are for decades. These special, formative years are precious.
At Azeez, we partner with parents to grant each child a kind, loving, and fun introduction to the formal schooling experience because we want them to be lifelong learners. If we can get children to fall in love with learning early on, they can acheive whatever they set their mind to.
Here, we encourage exploration because we know it will foster creativity later in life. We honor and value the feelings of our friends as we learn to take turns, share, and speak up for ourselves because this will create the great leaders we need. At Azeez, we meet or exceed our national PreK standards of learning while having fun because we want children to understand that learning is azeez.
Famous Astrophysicist, Neil Degrasse Tyson once said "We spend the first year of a child's life teaching it to walk and talk and the rest of its life to shut up and sit down."
